Yes! This course is designed with beginners in mind, providing comprehensive step-by-step instructions for every grooming aspect of your pup’s paws. We ensure you have all the information and guidance you need to succeed, regardless of your prior grooming experience.

While you might have some grooming tools at home, we do provide purchase links for all the essential tools required for this course. These tools are carefully selected to help you achieve the best results, but you can decide whether to invest in them based on your preferences.

Inside the course, we share valuable lessons filled with tips and techniques to help you manage an anxious or uncooperative pet during grooming. We understand that each dog is unique, and our guidance will empower you to create a calm and comfortable grooming experience for your furry friend. If your dog has serious behavioral issues for grooming, we recommend purchasing our “How to groom a difficult dog” course, in addition to this course, which will be available in the near future.

Puppies, or dogs that have never been groomed before, may require a slower paced grooming session with special techniques. I will be producing another course specifically for a pets first grooming experience.

If your dog has some superficial matting that can be brushed out, this guide will work for you. If your pet is pelted (serious matting) this course will not be suitable for you at this time. Please see our “matted dog course,” which will be available in the near future.
