Works just like in your videos. My wife recently completed her schooling to be a groomer. She is always watching your videos on both channels. So i figured itd be a great gift and she loved it. Only thing is just wish you had dryers for sale ,and not just the parts for them. Other than thatI am super satisfied and so is my wife :)
