For pets sprayed by skunks, Bark2Basics Skunk Solution Treatment is a must. This powerful shampoo neutralizes the sulfur-based odor in skunk spray, leaving the skin and coat smelling minty fresh. Apply it to a dry coat first, allow it to sit, then rinse and repeat on a wet coat. Avoid wetting the coat first, as it intensifies the odor.

For pets heavily sprayed, use the shampoo at full strength for maximum effectiveness. For lighter treatments or more economical use, it can be diluted 16 to 1. The formula is gentle on the skin to prevent irritation and features a refreshing spearmint fragrance.
